The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans and a hair dryer.

There is an indoor braai area for care-free meal preparation, even in winter. The pergola provides shade and a lovely private socialising area with an outside braai. For convenience and safety, there is a garage as well as an alarm system. Britannia Bay is very sheltered and is home to 2 whale species for about 10 months a year.
